Pros

It is a fast-paced environment where you meet a lot of people. You are able to receive commission, so you if work hard you get paid pretty well for a retail job.

Cons

It's hard to work and go to school full-time as a sales associate. They usually like for you to be available full time.

The corporate culture values the employee and the customer experience. It is a friendly 'nice' place to work. The benefits are excellent. It is an ethical business, and very fiscally responsible.

Cons

Leadership is not always on the same page. This sometimes leads to conflicting direction within the organization that can be counterproductive to growth.
