      Pros

      Good discount, room for growth if you can keep up with how they run their business. Great products. Good rewards system.

      Cons

      Inconsistent support. Have to get down on your knees to get help on set ups and stock support, even if supported they won't execute it right away-lots of excuses and eye rolling. They only support specific departments they want to support first my department I guess always comes last. They'll always find a reason to make you feel unworthy of your job. Always last minute changes that affects floor coverage on the sales floor. Many unprofessional staff (logistics in general) Open door policy- it's there but anything you privately discuss will get out of that room. Morale is super down.
