Pros

-Amazing company to work for. Commission is excellent. Promote growth from within. Provide great incentives to sell merchandise and client development.

Cons

The return system used needs to be more on target with other retailers. They take back virtually anything and at times this makes for a tedious process and shoppers tend to abuse this policy.

Pros

Nordstrom has a great corporate culture that empowers its employees to make decisions based on their own good judgdment. If you want to succeed at Nordstrom do your job and more; it won't go unnoticed!

Cons

For me, not having a set schedule every week was something I had to get used to. All interns had to work on Saturday, which is one of the busiest days of the week for the store.
