      I liked it, but...

      Pros

      I LOVE the company, I love the title and the image that goes with working here, I love the people in my dept. and the customers we have. Discount is only 20% for the average associate but it goes a long way, especially during the events we had.

      Cons

      Our managers were young(er), so they acted young(er). They were childish and the only way get anywhere or be accepted was try and suck up and be their friend. It was like high school drama... there was talking behind peoples' back, all of that. I wish they didn't.

      Pros

      They are amazing. Some up the upper management wasn't all that great, but overall I loved it. Wish I was still there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement in some departments. They also only promote from within, so sometimes you run across imcompetent people in positions they have no business being in in the first place.

      No long hours on sales floor, flexible schedule, good benefits

      Cons

      Some managers show favortism. They rank you on the schedule. If you keep getting the not so good schedule, how are you supposed to move up to get the good selling hours. Each employee should get basically the same schedule. If you rotate everyone, then everyone will be there during peak selling hours and non-peak selling hours. Then everyone can succeed instead of just a handful of employees. I am a former employee. I was let go in January of 09. I was told I would be called back to work when sales picked up. I still have not heard back from them.
