Great pay as a sales associate, not worth your time as a manager

Business Outlook

Pros

Great discounts, ability to build relationships with customers, full-time hours, 401k match and profit sharing, expectations not so bad if in a selling role (never go into management!!)

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth unless mobile, as manager work tons of hours without option for overtime pay, no return policy allows for variety of customer misconceptions, no life/work life balance, pay doesn't compensate for managerial expectations, health insurance too expensive
