Pros

Nordstrom is a very professional work environment. It is a place where openness and honesty are encouraged and opportunities for advancement are varied. If you find that you aren't professionally satisfied working in a particular area, you are allowed and in fact encouraged to explore other opportunities within the company.

Cons

The scheduling can sometimes be a little hectic however this is not unusual considering that it is a retail environment.
