Pros

Very fair pay compensation. Probably one of the best pay compensation and commission percentages in the industry in regards to apparel retailing. Large amount of hours. Respect from management. Encouraging atmosphere. Overall if you want to excel and grow, they will acknowledge you and lead you to where you want to be professionally.

Cons

Often customers take advantage of the return policy and excellent customer service, and can be harsh on you as an employee which can take and emotional toll. Moving up in the company can be definitely limited if you are not mobile.
