Pros

The Discount. Being able to get new merchandise first. The pay was okay considering. You will learn a lot because you are responsible for everything.

Cons

They will cut your hours. At times I worked one day a week. Work-Life balance. A lot of favoritism. You work harder then what you're paid for

Pros

Great benefits, excellent relationships, good work environment.

Cons

Unless you are young, thin, and agree to move anywhere the company will send you, you will not go far in your career, and they will definitely be looking to move you on. Experience and performance and actual talent are not nearly as important as the perviously mentioned attributes.

Pros

Fun, fast paced environment to work in. If you work hard you can move up very quickly within the company. Competitive pay for retail.

Cons

There can be cattiness, cliques, and dram.(especially with managers and assistant managers. You do sometimes have to play politics in order to get what you want out of the rack.
