Consistency, and an endless production of positive and informative feedback . An almost endless stream of previous and fresh customers ,walking in with expectations of a very smooth transaction . Established by perfect business ethics . Followed by two simple rules Customer is always right and if wrong refer back to rule one . Longevity is rewarded and worked for by every tier of management including the top.

Cons

Begin to believe that this is how all dealerships run . Honestly there are not twenty words to put together in a negative light .
