Top of the line Shutters

Cons

will not take criticism or admit any problem is a company mistake. Executive meetings have no agenda, and content changes at whim of the president. No positive credit is ever provided to direct reports. Meetings are always hostile, field sales employees are leaving in droves. Deduction of commissions if sales mix is off.

Pros

Benefits package is good, good health insurance coverage

Cons

Management doesn't trust or value the opinion of front line sales people, commission structure is set up so that you will earn less every year, commissioned sales people do not receive sales reports or have any sales tracking information.

Pros

Good manufacturing with the parent company Nien Made. The factories supporting the products are far superior to actual sales organization. Investing in expansion to manufacture in multiple countries.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management associated with the Norman USA team has little to no experience as a top tier sales organization. Every decision made is reactive and often short sighted. The CEO leads through intimidation and ultimately squashes any opportunity for actual organic growth.
