- Good community, friendly employees, built a lot of friendships - Great location - Flexible with scheduling needs, good for working with children/school schedules - Lots of long-time employees - Benefits are decent

Cons

- No room for growth or movement, management does not hire from within the company or give promotions for the most part - Low wages - Apartment management team is fairly dismissive of tenant concerns
