* If Sales wants it, it happens. Even when it is a bad idea. Over promise and under deliver should be the motto of that team.
* Leadership is geared towards selling the company instead of supporting customers or building good products.
* No communication across business units - everyone stays in their lanes.
* Limited opportunities for internal advancement.
* Below market salaries.
* I have never been asked to do more with less like I was at Norstella.
