- Worked with exceptionally talented colleagues (across the company) who genuinely cared about their work and supported one another - Opportunities to contribute to impactful projects that aligned with key industry goals - Gained valuable experience in designing and implementing sales enablement programs and collaborating across departments - Everyone works together to get the job done and attempt to fill gaps along the way - Great products that are industry standard

Cons

- Poor company culture with limited focus on fostering inclusivity or establishing DEI initiatives across the organization - ELT (Executive Leadership Team) is largely unapproachable, leading to a lack of transparency and open communication - Significant misalignment across departments often creates confusion and hinders productivity - Workload became overwhelming due to repeated layoffs, adding unnecessary stress and unrealistic timelines - Lack of clarity and recognition for employee contributions, particularly during organizational transitions

- New leadership team still finding their footing - Lost some really great talent as employees are not seeing the investments promised

Cost cutting culture with limited investment in people

Pros

- many teams have smart, well-intentioned coworkers who genuinely want to do good work - flexible work environment depending on the team - products serve a real need in the market

Cons

- heavy emphasis on cost-cutting and offshoring, often at the expense of talent quality, product velocity, and long-term capability - engineering staff is treated as a cost center and almost all of the individual contributors are based offshore - compensation and benefits are noticeably below market and continue to lag behind peers in the industry (especially in Tech) - morale suffers due to unclear direction and inconsistent investment in teams
