Exciting place to start your career. You learn things from the ground up, with no pressure to deliver. Once you get going people promote visibility, give you opportunities to grow, and push you to test yourself.

Cons

experienced hires struggle. Was told to "unlearn what i have at other companies". Very little further direction was given beyond that.

Pros

Wonderful people, wonderful team. Everyone was supportive. I absolutely loved working there, even if the job got rough. I worked cross functional with multiple teams and members in the company. I absolutely would have stayed at the company forever.

Cons

New CEO. They made a drastic shift to AI and cut multiple teams, mine included. They don't care about talent anymore, it seems to only be about money. They started only outsourcing overseas and are replacing their American teams. They are running themselves into the ground.
