Pros

Nearsure mediates the relations between the offshore hire and US-based company and builds primarily Latin America-based teams.

Cons

Compensation is good but heavily skewed towards the employee's location and time of hire instead of being standardised. No clear career path/salary adjustment schedule. No clear margins or transparency regarding how much the clients pay per hire versus their final compensation. Management tries to gather company structure and hiring plans information through employees which could risk NDA violations.

There isn't much communication between projects and managers, so growth opportunities are stalled, and with that, appropriate salary adjustments based on performance.
