      Pros

      Interesting product, with lots of potential. The manufacturing and design team I worked with were awesome. Very knowledgeable and always went above and beyond.

      Cons

      Bonuses are only for management only. Poor leadership from the operations group, which created a lot of top down dysfunction. Yearly salaries are a set percentage for each group, they not base on personal performance. Little opportunity for growth. Lack of communication between departments.
