      Good Pay and training. Fast paced environment.

      Nortek as whole is great place to work. As the saying goes people don't leavebad jobs they leave bad manager. Really your experience depends on who you work for.

      if you dont work they wont do anything about it they just dont care. the supervisor get their post because of their year of experience but they dont know how to supervise efficiently.

      Cons

      they dont care about you and they are not afraid to show it. you cannot become assembler 3 because they want to save money even with the employee union it doesnt change anything a reel scam. assembler 2 is like 22$/h and assembler 3 30$/h

      Pros

      4/10 Hr Shifts Weekends Off. You drink so much water you flush your system because if you don’t you will pass out from heat exhaustion. Most employees are nice, just seem beat down like this is all they can do.

      Cons

      You lose brain cells starting on day 1. They hire anyone. High turnover so new employees are training new employees, What they manufacture they don’t use for their own employees, AC? Weekly meetings they should be embarrassed about, they play techno party music prior to everyone attending the meeting to hype everyone up to say the same thing every week. The bell rings for breaks and lunches and it’s like a cattle call. Lots of wannabe chiefs trying to manage employees, Josh and Logan seem to be the only two that are willing able and apply themselves. Employees lock up preferred tools. Most employees are dating within or their wife/husband work there.
