Four day work week, paid breaks, opportunity to grow with company, occasional or volunteer Friday overtime, and decent starting pay.

Cons

No cons come to mind. Very fair company with leadership that is willing to help every step of the way.

everyday something new fast paced manufacturing of Custom air movement systems

Cons

Poor retention of employees - very little recognition - expects overtime almost daily in excess of a normal 8 hour day. Managers only stay for a few years. I stayed probably a few years to long and saw some odd decisions made.

Coworkers were great, good work environment.

Cons

Company that acquired Nortek (Melrose) did not value work life balance, but things smoothed out after acquisition. Not sure how it is now, I worked there 4 years ago.
