      Pros

      Many expanding opportunities to advance. Able to participate in a larger transformation process across 14+/- organizations. Pay is scalable.

      Cons

      Since the HR Organization is global there are times when top players are not recognized and the focus is only on a select few thus leaving top players at risk for loss. There is a strong communication gap needing resolve. Finances lead the organizations when in such a large transformation people operations should be at the forefront.

      Pros

      Environment is transparent and supportive, and all employees were committed to helping interns do well.

      Cons

      Smaller, so you can't sell yourself as having done a cohesive project. Also, they're a small company so even if you do well they can't guarantee you a full-time offer.
