      Pros

      Salary and benefits are decent - The CEO is decent and making a positive impact Legal team is strong and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Lack of organization - Non competent executive leadership (IT, Finance, HR) - lack of caring about employees

      Promotes on ability with in house training. HR dept very crooked immoral and conduct illegal practices - uneven unfair

      Pros

      Ability based promotions with great in house training. Vacation and insurance great. Attendance policy great. Ot when needed for additional $. Supportive supervisors who mentor staff and offer great encouragment. Great pay.

      Cons

      Hr immoral, shady, and illegal treatment of employees. Consequences for actions were very inconsistent with race, disability, sex, health, and company interests all playing major factor of degree of punishment per person.

      Company is in transition with Nortek taking an active role and manufacturing moving to Mexico plant.

      Pros

      It is a fairly stable industry and there are opportunities to improve the products and sales. The industry provides decent pay.

      Cons

      Changes over the last couple of years decreased benefits for employees - less generous vacation, retirement, bonus, time off. A lot of long-time employees with good knowledge left.
