- Good pay and health benefits - Fairly stable company with a solid, diversified customer base. - Plant is environmentally controlled (A/C and heat)

Cons

- Too much employee turn over - Long hours (overtime is unpaid) - Too many forms and meetings to tell everyone the same information 5 different ways.

Pros

People were great in Paris. Relatively low stress level, despite being a 24x7 manufacturing company.

Cons

culture was somewhat dysfunctional. Everyone is scared of the CEO and he has to approve almost everything so people aren't given a lot of freedom to run. Other facilities had pretty low morale and a lot of problems.
