Pros

fair rate of pay for area, could be higher for the industry, great co workers,

Cons

over work employees with 80 plus hours weekly with no time off for weeks, not for a family person for sure.lack of communication from hourly to salaried people, poor training, poor management, company wide things are different from alabama plant to the ill plants,.one can make money but at the cost of a life. lots of the "good ole boy" mentality. its a job only, management has high turn over rate as well . the company band aid mentality is frustrating. the place really needs a union for sure. management is sketchy to say .
