      Laid back atmosphere Autonomy Company as a whole places major focus on health and wellness as well as philanthropy, for example healthy snacks sold at cost in vending machine,where unhealthy snacks have traditional markup and the difference is donated to charities; Coworkers are supportive of each other and encourage each other.

      Cons

      Bonus structure changes rather frequently, so you have to change your performance to meet new bonuses as previous bonus opportunities are removed; In need of technology upgrade;
