      We appreciate your feedback, even if the score is not where we would like it to be. In the middle of a pandemic it is difficult to offer anyone "job security" but we are proud to say our turnover numbers have dropped and our stated focus for 2021 is all around people - development, culture, inclusion, etc. I was pleased to see that your "pro" comment was around career advancement. In a high growth company like NAB, there are always advancement opportunities for high performance/high commitment team members. We have already advanced and promoted several key leaders in the first few weeks of 2021 to ensure our teams are structured under the best leadership to ensure our success in 2021. While we agree that everyone in today's workforce should have a plan B in place - the uncertainty of the pandemic, political and social environments have proven that! - our focus as a company is to grow, develop and retain our best talent and we are putting valuable resources towards doing just that in 2021.

As we move through this pandemic we have realized - based upon team member feedback - how critically important it is to not only be as flexible as we can with work hours and structure, but to increase the communication and conversations we are having with each other about this topic. Since you are currently working at NAB, I hope you have engaged in a “flexibility conversation” with your own direct leader as we are encouraging everyone to do on a regular basis. I was disappointed to read that you feel promotions at NAB are limited and not readily available. As a customer-focused organization, we value our Technical Support team members and the skills and competencies required to perform that critical role. As the overall business economy improves, I am positive that there will be multiple opportunities opening up for development and promotion.       Pros

      Lots of change for the better in the last couple of years. The company definitely has raised the standards for performance and it shows. People are working together more than ever. In fact, people actually smile and acknowledge each other in the hallways in Troy which was missing a few years ago. We have benefits that get better every year. Great culture for people who get bored at other places and want to make a difference. Your work matters here so the lazy or entitled need not show up and ruin it for the rest of us who love the direction we're headed. If you come here to learn everything that you can about the company and the industry, you will love it! It's a great opportunity to work with great people!

      Cons

      Not a great place for people who need predictability, can't communicate effectively, have egos that get in the way, can't easily handle change, or can't take feedback.
