Pros

One thing that is consistent at NAB is change, and most of it is good! Many opportunities for advancement across the country. Great Training resources! Employees are happy to help each other. Awesome work environment, free coffee, popcorn, etc.. and onsite cafe!

Cons

Not really a con, but with change you need to be able to adapt to it fairly quick.
