We are so glad to hear that you feel the strength of our culture - specifically that everyone is really nice and friendly! - and that Management is very understanding and easy to communicate with. This positive foundation, along with good pay, is what we strive for. However, we are deeply concerned by your comments regarding the dishonesty from some salespeople and the resulting stressful work and lack of fulfillment. This is unacceptable. We have zero tolerance for dishonest practices, as integrity is paramount to our business and our brand. We are committed to providing an environment where work is both professional and fulfilling.
