We appreciate your four-star rating and we are especially excited to see your pros include compensation, work life balance and benefits...all areas of focus for us at NAB. We know that our culture is focused on innovative technology and getting to market quickly to meet the needs of our merchants. Admittedly we expect a lot from our valued team members and in support of our expectations we do all we can to address the compensation, benefits and perks - like work style flexibility, remote or hybrid work, unlimited PTO, multiple mental health support options, etc. We appreciate your feedback on the lack of communication between teams. We understand that when teams are moving fast to innovate and support our merchants sometimes communication suffers which is why we continue to train and develop our people leaders with our Foundations of Leadership program as well as all team members with our P.I.T. (Process Improvement Taskforce) Crew training programs - both of which emphasize consistent, data driven communications across the enterprise. We will continue looking for ways to improve communication and welcome your feedback on solutions if you ever wish to reach out to me personally. We are happy that your first experience in the workplace was positive and you enjoyed the people you worked with on the Risk Team. Our Enterprise Risk Team plays a critical role in our business growth strategy and continues to grow and evolve within NAB. I was a bit confused by your Con statement that we are constantly looking to save money...given our risk team is always looking to save our merchants and company money, that seems like a Pro to us, but perhaps there is more to your feedback?
