While we were not excited to see a 2-star rating we were happy to see that you are a current employee because your feedback on our benefits - specifically our medical program and prescription benefits - did not line up with what we know to be true of our plans and we want to help you. To assist me with this response, I reached out to John Price, Director of Total Rewards, and John's response to you is: " NAB is proud to offer our team members a strong health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan that is in line or better than industry benchmarks - across several industries - in both our employee-only coverage deductible and out-of-pocket maximums. Our four-tiered prescription drug coverage also aligns with benchmark. We are concerned this team member has noted these costs for a prescription as they are FAR BEYOND our copay amounts. The in-network maximum co-pay for a speciality prescription is only $150. We encourage this team member to reach out to our NAB benefits team at anytime so we can gather more information, investigate further, and do all we can to help."
