      Pros

      - NAB is a great place to learn through hands on experience and to gain exposure to senior leadership - Great work-life balance and "casual" work environment (no suits needed here) - Remote work with options for travel/hybrid schedule - Unlimited PTO and well-rounded benefits package - Great people to work with - leaders care about their team members success

      Cons

      - You can learn & grow through the company but there's no formal growth path - Some company growing pains (lack of collaboration/silos)

      Thank you for this positive review, it made me grin ear to ear as I read it. Not only because you are a longer term team member at NAB and thought to leave a positive review, but also because you spoke to learning and how much our leaders care about their team members’ success. I have seen the survey and focus group results from both of these core topics and agree with you 100%. That is not to say that we don't have work to do in both areas. We have a continuous improvement mind set - which is why we are always asking for your feedback! - And we know we can do better. We agree with you that we need to raise the bar in the area of career pathing, and I am happy to say we have lots of initiatives in that area taking place - everything from talent calibration sessions to succession planning to intentional development plans to challenge and fast track our high potentials. Thank you for the value you bring to NAB (and have brought over the past 4 years!) and thank you again for this positive review, we appreciate it!

      Great company with great core values

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with HMS and truly felt I had a career with them.

      Cons

      The resources were limited due to merge, but moving forward the future is very bright for the hospitality portion. I recommend it to anyone with extensive POS background and payment processing.

      I always feel particularly grateful when a prior team member provides a positive review, so thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback for us. We recently had senior leadership from our Hospitality Group speak at our June Town Hall and I agree with you 100% that the future is very bright for this group. We have amazing innovations in technology and an even more amazing team working hard to provide great products and services for our merchants...time to pull out the sunglasses!
