We love hearing from current team members too as it allows us the opportunity to dig for additional details and make process improvements to your work environment. Of course, I am very grateful for the positive review about our HR team. Personally, this is the best HR team I have every had the pleasure of supporting, so when I see positive feedback from others I know we are really doing some things right. Not perfect, but focused on getting better for our team members every day. As for your con's I am concerned about your statement about pay. We are constantly and consistently looking at our pay ranges, starting salaries and bonus opportunities to ensure we stay competitive. I see that you are a Technical Support Manager with us - thank you for the great work you do for NAB, by the way! - so I will personally review the compensation on those positions this week. I agree with you that our "Work by Choice" policy allowing our team members to work where they feel most safe, healthy and productive is a positive aspect of our culture and - like you! - our team members appreciate the flexibility.
