Did not pay as promised. I did not receive my HSA card that deducted $100's from my paycheck and they doubled that deduction once I quit despite it being in a new pay period. There is an ethical problem there. As well as an emptying of my 401(k). As soon as you have a day or more without a sale/that happens in sales... unfortunately, the sales manager did not understand that and was quick to turn on me and chip away at my abilities despite giving over 100% every day. I feel that the set-up is designed to fail and the company trip (which typically is offered to every employee... at least annually when you are working so hard...was canceled) I did not sign up for false promises. I am disappointed for working so hard with nothing to show from it... especially after my double deduction of medical insurance and my HSA card is still missing? Along with the 401(k) which I was told to be separate of employment there but it was not. I know some companies promise a 401(k) match but you have to be cautious of the terms and conditions as it is tricky advertisement to many. I do not recommend working here unless you can make multiple sales every single day but even then be ready for negative feedback regardless of how hard you work. It will never be enough.
