10/10 in every category. I love working here and I can already tell it’ll be for the long-term. This is the company I plan on retiring from when I’m old and gray.

I’ve been with the company for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that my experience has gotten measurably better every single year. I learn more, I make more, and I get the opportunity to take on more responsibility which helps me grow more. I wrote a review when I first started out with the company, but even though I was able to give a laundry list of all the pros and cons, I didn’t capture what it felt like to work here and that is entirely different ballgame. There’s something unique about finding a company like North Star Insurance, where the work you do feels more like the start of a promising career than a come-and-go job. At least, that’s what it’s been for me.
