      Pros

      The company is full of go-getters and anyone learn a lot fast. I was learning new things after years in the industry! Everyone says income potential is unlimited but that is really true here. The opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but if you don't work hard you won't last. It's a competitive field for high performers.

      The work is challenging but fun. The culture is what makes the difference for me. I really enjoy the people I work with and the trips/events they put on are the best. I've never had a company put so much back into it's employees. It's refreshing.

      The work is challenging and they do expect you to work. Go figure! :-)
