      Pros

      Great staff and coworkers are awesome. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      I agree with the other two posters...upper management is way to top heavy. They don't take feedback or accept change from the bottom up. Everything is top down if at all. And they don't have a dedicated sick time system, it all comes from PTO. And it is very clique-ish.

      Good people to work with, very friendly, and caring coworkers and staff.

      Cons

      Management was disappointing, expected more professionalism from them. Management works from the top to bottom and communication from them is very sparse.

      Pros

      NorthBay is a wonderful company to work for. Their small size allows for agility and the culture has a family feel to it. Northbay truly wants what is best for its patients and employees. I am honored to work for such a great company.

      Cons

      Due to the smaller size, there are many silos and it is difficult to standardize.
