Good pay & benefits

Recommend

Pros

Pay is competitive. More than Sutter, but less than Kaiser. Benefits if you use their HMO are outstanding. Proactive leadership trying to keep Northbay independent. Open and transparent with finances and where things are at and what is being done to help the organization.

Cons

Parking is a real pain. They really should invest in a parking structure or something.
