Retirement is subpar. 2% for year 1, 3% for year 2, 4% for year 3, 5.5% at year 8, 7.5% at year 12. Vacation days typically denied. Team culture is lacking

Pros

Direct leadership / management team is great. They are kind and will always help out with work. Overall everyone at the company is very nice and you will learn a lot about the healthcare and hospital industry.

Cons

No bonus due to Covid. Also no support using the software tools needed for the role (from 3rd party) spent a lot of time trying to fix small data issues which takes up too much time. Also no growth trajectory.
