Pay nurses well, 12 hour shifts, MAGNET hospital, easy to move to a different department once employed (ex: start in med/surg, transfer to ER)

Cons

Short staffed frequently but that was over a year ago so maybe it changed

Crowded hospital. Currently expanding. Continual staffing problems (opportunity for overtime!)
