      Wonderful employer with people who live the motto: Compassionate care, advance medicine, close to home.

      Cons

      None! I see others post that NorthBay is small. Having worked for large corporations I can say small is way better!

      Pros

      Good C-Suite management at the time I was there. Offered every opportunity to grow at department level and within the organization. Valid ideas are fully supported. Financially sound model. Location is within reach of anything you might like to do in your time off.

      Cons

      Small healthcare system size may be a detractor for some. Suburban setting may be challenging for "young and single" professionals.
