Pros

Great pay and benefits. They do a lot for the community.

Cons

After several members of senior management retired and/or left, the company changed in a negative direction. They used to foster a family feel towards employees. Now its all about the almighty dollar. They outsource nearly the entire Revenue Cycle Management department. They laid off a large part of the workforce to do it. I used to really love it there but the culture changed. It is not the same anymore and I am happy I am no longer there.

Past Presidents and AVPs have made some bad ethical decisions and the reason I left.. was also promised growth that never happened
