There are some managers who feel the need to take over your work or there is a lot of duplication. Yes the organization is about continuous improvement but the strategy for implementing and maintaining change is not there.

Cons

Leadership =opening door, turn over is high. The location for this hospital is extremely far from Atlanta and the compensation packages do not compare however they advertise that the compensation packages are similar - BEWARE.

lots of new building and improvements (although not at its nursing homes), good talented clinicians and doctors

The organization will have you participating in surveys constantly and pressure for "good" responses because they are super focused on trying to win awards for everything under the sun.
