      Very heavy workload. Centralised top down management. No space time or support for research. Like working in an old style polytechnic.

      The benefits and flexibility are great.

      Cons

      A year and half old Re-org in the IT organization is still being felt. It feels like we are all in different departments working against one another when the reality is that we all work for the same place with the same goal. There is minimal growth opportunities within the IT organization.
