      Opportunity for growth, Hybrid work, Great PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Lower salaries, chaotic leadership, lack of focus on the student and staff experience, desire to grow and evolve at any cost.

      Pros

      One of the biggest pros is that you can get 100% tuition reimbursement on any degree that you earn at Northeastern while an employee. All I paid for during my master's program was books. There is also the ability to move around the university as an employee. I've been here for 7 years and have had two different jobs and I'm angling for my third.

      Cons

      Managers can vary. Some are amazing, some not so much. The pay isn't great for the lower level employees. Unless you're the president or a high level administrator, you're def not getting rich at this place.
