Free courses, great campus, decent food court

Cons

HR uses everything against you. Doesn't do a lot to combat campus rape situations, Spend six months trying to spend every cent to remain non-profit- great for people looking for a juicy contract with delays. Mean culture- they take themselves way too seriously- almost like wallstreet culture

Pros

There are many colleges within the University and some treat people well and have strong infrastructure and leadership.

Cons

There is not a uniform distribution of any pro or con. It appears this employer or the app has whitewashed the reviews. The overall conclusion of this bring a great place to work cannot possibly be true when averaged across the colleges. If this service is offered, I suggest some quality control. I experienced the worst workplace bullying in 35 plus years of employment; further there was no one to go to for help. It was a dark time. It should be mentioned that all colleges within the University are NOT represented by the reviews; although they should.

Great university- faculty, students, research. Benefits are very good.

Cons

The behavior that is allowed/ignored atrocious. HR looks the other way even when there are flagrant violations of work standards
