Pros

I get to do software development for a certain department(not CS focused) because I think what they are doing is fun and unique.

Cons

I think I did a good job and I keep working on the project for a year. After I graduate, they refuse to give me a raise and will only hire me as a part-time worker. I could have worked as an intern for a big company but I passed that opportunity up because I like what they are doing. This is the worst decision I ever made in my life.
