Sometimes being understaffed caused stress.

Management only cares about meeting goals, they don’t care about the employees at all. Terrible pay, insurance, and PTO time. You only earn 7 hours every two weeks and you must use that time for holidays, vacation and sick time. I thought working at a hospital they would care about their employees the most, since it’s healthcare, but it’s the complete opposite. A lot of drama/cliques. It’s a very toxic environment. Lazy people don’t get held accountable. I went to management multiple times about my coworkers not doing their job and they don’t care. They don’t care at all. I worked here for six months and hated it so much I returned to my old job.
