Pros
Great coworkers, supportive people, a sense of belonging. HR is wonderful as are many in upper management. If you have a problem they will try to figure a way around things to help you as much as possible under the policies in place. Decent resource allocation and the best equipment they can acquire for you to use. Swapped to paid days off instead of sick time and willing to extend those days for when people have problems. Pay is great for the area. Image conscious. Always attempts to focus on the patients needs as the priority.
Cons
Some Ego and profit driven decisions, mid level management can be problematic, has transitioned from a family company culture to a Corporate Culture. Health insurance benefits can be on the expensive side for coverage offered. Very image conscious.
