      .OK healthcare benefits quite generous PTO plan which increases every 5 years of service lots of room for movement and growth within the organization

      Lack of communication at times / misinformation given Those below an executive level are often not heard or listened to Inconsistencies between member organizations regarding educational/experience requirements for a position.
