      Pros

      They have the jobs. Largest employer in the area, if you don't like current position, there is some opportunity to move around. Provided ample education opportunities.

      Cons

      Questionable future viability of company as debt soars and revenues drop. Those who get ahead keep their mouths shut and just do what they are told to do, otherwise face retaliation.

      It is a big growing company and there will always be jobs. Fairly decent benefits with time off.

      1. The pay is pretty low for just about every position. 2. Low Pay 3. Low Pay 4. Did I mention the low pay? 5. Management is terrible.

      I'm just office support, not a medical professional so I can't speak to that but my job is super chill.

      It's a big non-profit bureaucracy so things take a while to get done.
