-overall good benefits and compensation -love my coworkers -practitioners have good amount of autonomy
Cons
-increasing disconnection between management and employees. Management could do a lot more to seek employee opinions and feedback -partnerships with Optum (IS services and billing/revenue) are very frustrating and feel like a net negative to the organization
