Ask all the questions about benefits (they won't tell you before you're hired). They have weird rules you wouldn't expect about scheduling vacation (a year in advance), working extra shifts in order to get your days off guaranteed, changing your schedule (despite agreeing to work certain days) without your input. Salary could be better and 403b isn't matched for at least six months.

Sexual harassment doesn't get taken seriously. You have to do the work of 10 people to pick up slack. Management doesn't listen to a single thing you say. You will be bullied and retaliated against for going to HR. If you are pregnant you will be expected to push and lift 100+lbs items and told to suck it up.
